SEE?! THIS is what I'm talking about! I like this prompt!
1. I will get my hair cut and eyebrows done on a regular basis. This is an investment here ($75) but the girl who cuts my hair is AMAZING. It's one of those salons that is cooler than I will ever be, but they're so nice and Holly does an absolutely fantastic job.
2. I will aggressively job hunt until I find one that pays a living wage and gets me at least 1 step closer to my career goal. This means either not retail or only in retail management. I will not stop until I get a job at the place I really want to work.
3. I will start taking horse back riding lessons again.
4. I will take at least 1 class to boost my undergrad GPA in the fall and hopefully two.
5. I will join the gym and go 3x a week (at least).
6. I will track WW points accurately and honestly, as well as track my measurements and not skip logging in my weight if I had a bad week.
7. I will find and buy that elusive perfect black purse I've been hunting for since February.
8.
I will do my best to keep the apartment clean and organized by creating a cleaning plan and spending 15 minutes in the evening cleaning up. It makes both me and AC calmer and makes attempted drop in visits from our neighbors less stressful.
9. I will host brunch or a cocktail party or even just cake time 1x a month.
10. Together, AC and I will find a church at which we can participate and meet people while still meeting AC's high standard.
11. I will work on my fluff novel. It's stupid, and no you can't read it, but it amuses me and is a counterpoint to a chick-lit novel/ blog that I read and cannot stand. It's self indulgent and entitled and nothing would amuse me more than getting this book published as a "so what?" (under a pseudonym, of course).
12. I will work on my photography and take more pictures that I'm proud of. Maybe even frame a few.
13. I will go on 3 trips with AC. Whether to the beach, out west, New Orleans, Boston or even hopefully to Copenhagen, we have access to two of the biggest/busiest airports in the world that frequently have great rates to lots of different places.
14. I will study for, schedule and take the GRE/GMAT. Time to start thinking about grad school!
