This pretty much sums up my feelings about winter. It does not deserve cute names that make no sense if you try to spell them off the top of your head.
DITTO! I grew up in Wisconsin and had one day off of school in my entire life. One. Because the pipes froze and burst - not because of snow/ice! Of course they start giving snow days AFTER I move to Florida. Little pansies!
Love it! I think it's hysterical when people are surprised at weather during the appropriate season! "OMG it's snowing!" Yeah, no s***sherlock, it's February!! LOL
Hahaha, I love that cartoon! I was raised in New England and we moved to Virgina about ten years ago. People FLIP at the first sign of a snowflake. It cracks me up.
RIGHT?? In Cleveland it's called "annoying crap that we have to deal with from early November through late March or early April and it effing sucks." No cute names...ever.
Newlywed. New to the Northeast, snow drifts, rail systems and cooking fish. An old pro at making messes, baking, attempting to craft and general silliness.

Heh. It's true: it's winter. So deal.
But I'm partial to snowmageddon ;)
